Each lampshade is meticulously handcrafted to your specific order. As your lampshade is custom-made and tailored to your unique preference, I regret that I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This policy ensures the highest level of care and attention goes into creating a lampshade designed especially for you.

To ensure your satisfaction, I do encourage you to carefully review all dimensions, and specifications before placing your order.  Should you have any questions or need assistance in selecting the perfect design, please don’t hesitate to contact me by email and I will be happy to discuss sizing or any other query you may have.  I’m here to help!

In the rare event of a defect or damage occurring during transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
